Moniek ter Meer, born in 1993 in the Netherlands, grew up in the Veluwe, where she still lives to this day.
She painted her first artwork at the age of 14, and after a long break, she returned to the easel in 2024 to take her art more seriously.

Statement
My work is inspired by a deeper layer behind ordinary things, a deeper dimension that invites you to think and reflect.
A hint of magic runs through it, I will say may style is whimsical with a hint of magic.
Each painting takes me further into the world as I see and experience it.
