Why a commision painting?

“Some memories are so precious that you want to be reminded of them every single day.” — MtM

Having something that is dear to your heart captured in a painting is one of the most meaningful gifts you can give yourself.

A portrait of your beloved pet or someone special in your life feels different when it’s captured in paint. It somehow feels more alive, almost as if it’s breathing (think of the Mona Lisa for example). There is something magical about a painting created by human hands you can feel the time that went in to it.

Examples of commissions:

• A portrait of a loved one
• A beloved pet
• A landscape
• A favourite scene or character from a film or TV show
• Master copies of famous paintings

Every commission is a personal process, and we will discuss the possibilities together.

Please keep in mind that the quality of the reference photo plays an important role in the final painting. Sometimes, a photo you love might not be the most suitable one to paint from, but we can always explore other options together.

Feel free to contact me to discuss your ideas and all the possibilities. ♡
